Ive been cheated. I bought a new iPhone 4s 64 gb for 45k. On the 2nd day found out that there was a defect in the screen and the phone also started switching off on its own and going to restore mode. I called the seller and after lot of discussion he offered a refund. I sent back the phone and then the seller says that its broken and he won't refund. I immediately asked him for a photo and he sent it promptly. Thats where he got caught. He took a picture of a broken iPhone 4 and not the iPhone 4s that i had sent back. (i realized since 4s has 2 black bands and iPhone 4 has only one). i still have the pictures. Seller still denies saying that it a iPhone 4s. Wrote to ebay. Expalined the whole thing.... its 18 days now and no call from ebay. As for as the seller he's in no mood of a refund but also having a good laugh that i can't do anything about it.
I have lost all trust on ebay after buying for 6 years+.
