I had bought a keyboard mouse combo. The product received which was not same as the item listed in the page. on lodging a complaint under ebay guarantee i received a reply stating that i'll be receiving the missing 'free gift'(it is actually a part of the sales package) very soon. till date have not received anything. I tried to contact the claim settler by email but there was no reply. sent mail to 'agshenoy@ebay.com' but of no use. What to do now??
