No FVF Granted though Seller & Buyer Mutually Agree!

On 3rd March, As buyer rajkumar9393 wanted to cancel two orders as he made 3 instead of 1, he mutually agreed to cancel the order. But I didn't received any FVF Credit and it displays No FVF Granted.

I contacted the eBay team twice, But no use. They tell me that they will soon look on this matter and still 2 months after, not looked!

I even got the confirmation that its mutually agreed and released from completing the transaction.

Hmmm this offen happens with eBay billing.

I always cross check all entries and FVF before paying eBay

hi navneeth.. i too ahd a similar problem.... one fraud bid on my car, and i got charged 5490. he was no longer registered on ebay the next day , so i closed the dispute and the dispute console showed "FVF granted" however the seller fees the amount was not deducted.. after 4 mails and one week later ebay reveresd this debit.. hence its always better to check the statement before paying
