EBay is the biggest Liar.
They just provide false offers, codes etc saying that if you buy for x amount you would receive so and so gift.
The product since being provided by seller gets delivered immediately (hats off to them).
But when it comes to the Ebay free gift the nightmare starts, they say they would send it in 45 working days. But 45 days and then 60 days and then months pass by, but you dont receive the gift. No matter how many calls you make/emails you send, the best response is that it is a third party thing and we dont have an update at this moment.
My simple point is if you buggers are incapable of providing the gift, then why do you make false promises, is it only to make one time sales, so that the next time the customer is totally unwilling to buy again.
Nowadays in the forum we can only see two kinds of posts - 1. Gifts not received, 2. Sales not happening.
Both because of false promotions, as after the harassment of not receiving the gifts and continuous feedback, none wants to buy the goods again.
I am also victim of their similar promotion, in which they said a gift on purchase above 15K, its been 6 months, 20-30 calls, 10-20 mails being sent but all in vain, no gifts received, neither an update, and still the same response "We dont have an update at this moment"
This is he reason that now I am totally unwilling to buy from Ebay, as there are other better service providers, and same is the view for huge amount of similar customers.
