I bought an Iphone 4 on 27-aug-2013, delivery was to be made before 5-sep-2013, but i did not received the product, I have called the customer support more than 7 times, they just give me false promisses, they say the refund has been initiated but lying pending for approval, it has been more than 20 days and they have no solution. The customer service desk is not dependable anymore, i fail to trust the ebay gaurantee.
