Dear Ranjith,

You can cancle the bids.
http://pages.ebay.in/help/sell/cancel_bids.html

My opinion is to set the buyer requirements in your preference.

Go to Preference from your My eBay,

Edit Buyer requirements: Click Edit

Block buyers who: Have a feedback score to 2 or lower ---------------

Hi,
I think presently we can block buyers of -1 or lesser ratings only. For multiple buying there are provisions to block buyers of higher ratings.
There have been many suggestions on this board to provide us an option to block buyers on the basis of 0 rating (or even higher as per our choice of safety) and the registration period / verification. But I think ebay has some reservations to provide us those options. Best Regards 🙂

Dear nxtblue,

You can cancel the bids 12 hours before the end time.

Also you can block Buyers with a score of -1 or lower. That means you cannot block new members with a score of 0.

There is also a provision of blocking....

Buyers in countries to which you don't ship.

Buyers with 2 Unpaid Item strikes in the last 30 days.

Buyers who may bid on several of my items and not pay for them.

For all these details you can go to the Preferences and edit accordingly.
