Hi,
I had logged an Dispute case with Ebay, They were very prompt initially when I logged the case with them enquiring all the information required for processing the case, which was also provide by me. Now it is more than 30 days irrespective of my follow up several times (by Mail to customer support) they have not responded to me. Once in blue moon they would replay back asking of for my address for verification. I have provided nearly 3 time. Dispute claim is as mentioned below, please advice how do we deal with this kind of scenario.
