Hi, It is regretful to know that u dont allow CHANGE/CANCELLATION OF ORDER of product or item even before the delivery of the item. if a customer wants to change the product before the shipment of the product, it is not allowed on ebay.....never heard of this on other sites. Certainly e-commerce is all about internet purchase and if the customer is not allowed to change the product (BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT) AND MADE TO TAKE THE PRODUCT HE HAS ORDERED (BUT DOESN'T WANT TO)...WILL HE/SHE EVER COME BACK FOR A SECOND PURCHASE...FOR ME NEVER. IT RUINS THE REPUTATION OF THE WEBSITE AS A WHOLE....
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS POLICY....LAST MINUTE CHANGES FOR THE ORDER OR CHANGING THE ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY IS SOMETHING THAT HAPPENS TO ALL CUSTOMERS...ALL WANT BETTER PRICE AND PRODUCT FOR THEMSELVES....SO KINDLY CONSIDER THIS....
MY EXPERIENCE BEING BAD ....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE EVEN TO MY BROTHER WHO WAS ABOUT TO PURCHASE A HIGHLY PRICED CAMERA FROM THE SITE......NOW I THINK THAT SALE IS SURE TO GO TO SOME ....KART SITE AND NOT TO EBAY FOR SURE.
