My Messages: Respond to Question - Need Improvement !!!

I would like to suggest you for an improvement. When we send a reply to a customer, we can always receive a copy message if we check the check box in the reply screen. It is very convenient for us, to make sure what reply we have given for a customer and when. I use gmail and i can easily see the series of replies to the customer. But unfortunately the copy of the reply does not contain to whom it being is sent, i mean the message is just bliend except item number. If eBay tag the customer ID along with the message we replied would be great. For example if i am searching for all the replies to a customer XYZ by just searching customer id in my Gmail, it does not bring my reply sent if dont add the following line as described below.

Replied to : XYZ

I found this solution myself. This is very useful when i use my Gmail.

I hope someday eBay will improve include feature.

Thanks a lot for implementing this suggestion.

Today my reply to a customer contains customer id, and my id also beautifully placed. Definitely it is useful for us to identify to whom we have replied.

And if possible another improvement we need in the same is can we also edit the top and bottom part you have added now ?

For example i always use,

But the standard signature gives ..

****************
