Neutral Feedback received: Service OK
I sold on auction a watch to this buyer. Contacted buyer to understand what the problem was. He said he was satisfied with the product and everything but mentioned that after he purchased the item he could see it cheaper with other sellers on Ebay. I told him that why should i be penalized for no fault of mine and i am happy to refund money if the buyer feels so even if the item is used. Buyer gave me bad words and hung the phone on me. Mr Shenoy please tell me are we thiefs or robbers to go through this treatment.
To add further agony to the issue, i contacted customer service to remove neutral since it falls within ebay guidelines and i saw the other day that so many such feedbacks which falls within the guideline were removed by Ebay. Then why in this case ebay is not removing the feedback.
What can a s genuine seller like me do. Its not often that i raise topics on boards in past selling history of 8 years on ebay.
Appreciate your response. Time to show your support to sellers else we will loose faith on ebay.
