Hi,
I have come acorss a shock of my life when i used ebay online payment system in india on 9th. I have been using the other online store very frequently. I was never too much convinced about ebay. My fears became a truth once I bought my first product from ebay on 9th of this month. Inspite of having made the payment online i still see my order in processing stage and nothing has been done by ebay still to process my payment. I think it was faster for me to go to a local store and buy the product. There is no phone numer given on site for me to contact any one no online help. just a email us field which also states that please bear with us for 24-36 hours.
I still donot know after making online payment and after waiting for more than 2 days why my transaction is still being processed and what the hell will make me get my money back or atleast make ebay to process the transaction.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and definatly I donot recomend any one to make any online payments to this site.
