eBay if you are listening, you have the worst way of handling consumer and I am sure you will and should be thrown out of business and sued in the highest court of Law for making online shopping so much.
I had ordered a DSLR for which the payment was in eBay account which you people cannot trace for 7 days.
now, after you have traced it, you say , you can't deliver my DSLR but refund my money what the hell will I do with my money.
I or for that matter any customer buys or orders a product for a purpose and with some sense in the mind.

What the heck are you guys thinking and doing out there.You think we are fools here, running from pillar to post.
Mr Ambareesh Murty this one is for you to look and understand that atleast I will make all the noise and all the possible things I can do to make everyone know eBay is the cheapest experience you can ever have in life in online shopping. There you happen to do something which makes no sense to a shopping customer.

You should read these feedbacks to understand, people once and for all decline to even go for eBay. I will do my best to get people away from eBay for the nonsense methodologies eBay has of handling consumers.

So, if you can read and listen to the woes, please do something before you have no one to shop on this site.

Try and incorporate and understand how a buyer will want to buy and how to resolve issues. You know what I can resolve issues in far better way and maybe develop better features and functionalities to handle transaction.
Your IT team and CS team are a bunch of reckless and irresponsible losers, I am pretty damn sure of it.
