Boss I would suggest that you forget about any kind of consideration from E aby since you were not aware of the promo.I was well aware and tried to enter the same after I had bought stuff but was told that I had to generate my code before the purchase(although this was not mentioned anywhere in the promos).I mailed them requesting for consideration but they flatly refused.This is the end of Ebay shopping for me and I suggest you do the same and look elswhere like 99labels,fashionandyou and a lot of others.
