I had made a purchase of 9300 Rs. on 21/07/10 and had entered the gift code as MONSOON006 which is for Iball Bluetooth Mouse. But I have not yet received the same.
I think that ebay should stop such programs with immediate effect. It looks like ebay's hands are too full and it cannot do justice to this program and hence it will better on ebay's part to stop all programs until they are confident of carrying out such programs without any problems.
Such programs unnecessarily give a bad feeling of being cheated by company like ebay and buyers keep on crying for a year or even more after that because they have not received their promised gifts/freebies. Its bad on ebay's part.

Guys... I have talked to eBay customer support folks... Wait till 45 days after u've made ur transaction. U'll get ur gifts for sure - as told to me by the customer support of eBay.
I also havent got my monsoon magic gift...its been way beyond 45 days...this is highly unexpected and disappointing behaviour on part of ebay...the customer care representatives are also not responsive when it comes to this.
I haven't got the gift for (PaisaPay ID 26685625039).
I haven't got my summer gift promotion code HOTDEALS08 used on may 14th for ebay scorching hot deals. Even after 2 months they are not ready to sent me the gift.
They always say "would like to inform you that issue has been escalated in high priority and we are following up on this issue, please be informed that we will make sure that you will get the gift."
I am getting the above reply for more than 4 weeks.
Actually how long does a hgh priority issue takes to resolve?
