Money paid but did not receive the item

I was a regular buyer in ebay.com. But I had a bitter experience in the month of April 2005. I paid Rs 281/- via Money Order in favour of VIGSON ELCTRONICS (HYDERABAD) for item #4983004677 on 19th April 2005.

There were mails flowing about this to and fro but I did not any valid output. My money has gone and I stopped buying from ebay.

Let me see if somebody can help me out in this....

I think its too late as it has already been more than 9 months and you may can't take the action.
