Money deducted twice and customer care people not responding to help.

This has been a terrible experience so far.
I tried to buy a book online. Once the payment failed but mmoney got deducted from my account. In next attempt the transaction went through. Thus money has been deducted ywice from my account.
I contacted customer support. They said it will be refunded in 3 days. If it is not they will help. After three days I have mailed them multiple times but havent received any reply.
To add to it the book I paid for, while paying it said I will receive in 5-6 days, but later I got a mail that it will take at least 10 days and if they dont find they will cancel the order.
I feel cheated and would not suggest any of my friend to use it. I am planning to go to consumer court.
