I have ordered Modo Vivendi long coat from Ebay but the quality of product is very poor so I have applied for return the product and claimed refund. But I got a call from the company whose product was ordered by me and they said you have to return the item yourself by courier. I have been shopping online from years but facing this kind of problem first time. every company use to recall their product by their own. please look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you
