Hi,
I have made a debit card purchase of nexus 4 case from ebay on 09/11/2013 3:25PM. My money got deducted and I have got the confirmation mail also from Ebay. But when I click the view order status button from the mail, it got redirected to ebay page and said that "We are working on updating this page with your latest transaction. Please try again in the next few minutes to view the details." When I contacted the ebay customer care, I got a reply (after waiting for more than 10 minutes) saying this is a case of missing transaction and it will be resolved within next 72 hours. But still after two days there were no response from the ebay team regarding this. I again called and they said the same thing again. My complaint number is :1-17036233730. I again called today
(this time I waited for more than 15 min to some one receive the call and again 10 minutes for CSR to search the issue) again the same response.
I really fed up with these people. There were no response from the ebay team for the mails I have sent.
I can not wait any more than tomorrow for your valid response. I will definitely sue you guys in consumer court. Be carefull.
