I was trying to purchase the item number 121556599282. The ebay website clearly shows "FREE Flat Rate Courier - Delivery anywhere in India". Even I checked the COD option and it showed COD option is available. When tried to purchase the item, it showed me a message "Sorry, the seller does not ship the item to the specified address. Please change the address or remove the item". I tried various addresses within my state and it all showed the same message. Any reason/explanation from ebay on this????
