X-( There is a great confusion in listing policies. Kindly clearify that which country policy we should follow. ebay.in or any other country. Yesterday i reciived message for UK office that tem i was selling ciggrate filter is voliation of Alchol and Tobbacco policy. but no such type of listing policy is found on ebay.in but it was on ebay.co.uk. Tghey simply told this time they left me but next time they will suspend me. it is hopeless , unprofessional behavour.
Kindly answer immi which country policy should we follow.
the suspention is another way to make money from sellers . Is in this way ebay will earn money in India.

Dear,
I have read the Policy of ebay.in. Kindly tell clearly as they simply send the suspention notice to me and one of my friend was also suspended from uk ebay.
And also please explain that why ebay.co.k is sending me notices not ebay.in. Kindly confirm from you seniors before answerng as once any body got suspended you dont even have reason here in India. I dont want to et suspended because in this way you will chrges me fees for the sales for which even member has not paid.

I too have received
this warning from ebay.co.uk. I don't understand what's going on? We are sellers
on Ebay.in . Ebay.co.uk has no right to interferre like this. They say it's a
third party credit violation or something. I just don't understand. I too don't
want to get suspended like this. Plz help us. I have read all the policies on
Ebay.in as well as on Ebay.co.uk then what is violating ??
