Hi Ebay Team,
I am regular buyer at Ebay for last 2 years. I bought a Samsung Star mobile in Last monsoon(Aug 09) offer in which ebay was giving External HDisk as gift. Though the mobile cost was more than what I was getting in open market I still go for it as getting external Hdisk with the offer would be a fair deal for me.
I have not received the hard disk though I have called customer care n number of times.
Case Request is 00229673(11/6/09). I am not pretty sure whether it is valid case as of now or not.
Post this incident I have been suspicious of buying any product on ebay basis of free gifts.
I saw similar threads on this forum and felt that providing timely resolution to such cases will make ebay retain its customer base and create loyal e-customer base in growing market.
