Went to the customer support section to raise a case, filled in a form and then I get no case number, neither is my case showing up in Resolution Center. I don't know if the case was even recorded.
Anyway, I bought, what was promised, a 100% authentic, genuine HMT automatic watch. What I got instead was a counterfeit copy. Spent Rs 1494 on something I wouldn't even have glanced twice, if it were available on a physical shop.
I want my money refunded.
