I tried to redeem the free gift selecting one of the 2 items that I was eligible for based on my purchases using JUMBOMOB88 code. However, I did not get any confirmatory email or SMS. Neither did I see any online confirmation. I am not sure if my choice of free gift has been registered. Can someone at ebay please clarify?

Further, ebay has not yet declared the winners for daily highest buyer prizes under JUMBOMOB88 deal. Can you please let me know when will the results be declared?

Well it's been two days since that weird looking confirmation page redeeming the gift showed up for which neither I received a confirmation email or SMS and as somebody said here that it was a page just showing the change of address thing. How can we be sure that the request for redeeming the gift has been processed . I know customer care people will come up with all sorts of weird answer once 14th april passes by. They might be coming up with the answer that sir u ve not selected the gift and the last date has passed by and Cauz we have no proof of that they might deny us the gift. Can somebody help regarding this issue

I believe ebay has not announced highest spender winner list yet. I am waiting when will we know iPad mini winners announcement from eBay. Do anyone has idea on this?

Hi All! This discussion board was started by a buyer on April 08, 2013. Even after 17 days, nobody from ebay has responded to the same. It is really unfortunate that the officials of eBay have not found time to respond to a serious issue being discussed as a Feedback to eBay India Team.

Looks like eBay does not wish to distribute iPad to winners. So unfortunate that they cheat people and not transparent to their policies.
