Items not recieved.......................??

I ordered the following from "delhimall_in1"

iRiver iFP-995 512 MB Digital Music Player

iRiver iFP-190TC 256 MB Digital Music Player

Paid the total amount of Rs. 9,368.00 by Credit card on 9th Feb,2006. I contacted the dealer on phone before ordering the items - he said that the items will be despatched in around 10 days. I have still not recieved the items nor any information regarding the same.

He has not replied to my e-mails..... his phone is out of order..... He is no longer registered with ebay. I have started a 'dispute' ...... dunno whether any action will be taken.... Dunno what to do?????

Don worry, Stay Cool. First File "Item Not Recieved" eport, then after that you can claim ur money from ebay's buyer protection plan. You will get back ur money, that's for sure! Be Happy!

Ask the seller again to remind him that the product has not recieved.

Also you can file a dispute Item Not Received
