Item ordered not shipped even after ebay deadline

I have ordered Nokia 5230 mobile phone on 5th january 2010. As per the ebay deadline the item should be shipped before 12th jan 2010. I have contacted the seller two times through phone and email as well, but ha hasn't shipped the item, which is causing me great inconvenience towards seller and ebay as well.Please take urgent action, other wise i will b left with no option other then cancelling the order.
