Hi, I recently purchased a mobile using ebay.

Seller : helpline4u
Buyer: arvind091281
The seller gave a AWB number. belongs to Bluedart as he claimed. But i never received the product and could not track the AWB number till date. Delivery due date was 29th of August 2011.
He was not attending the calls and was not replying to mails. Finally on 29th August he sent a mail telling he is cancelling the order and will give refund as he had delivery issues like courier and security.
Then i claimed refund for that product through ebay. Now my refund is on hold as he has given some proof of delivery to ebay. My refund is on hold. I dont know what to do and what ebay will respond. I am getting too panic on this. What if the result not in my favour. Seller is still not picking call nor responding to mails. Mail from seller is attached here...
