Item not dispatched, Refund kept on hold?

In regard to this transaction,I did not get the product, Indeed, the item has not been dispatched, so, refund was also initiated by the system(but, very lately, as I do not have the option to initiate the refund immediately). But, this refund has been kept on hold... Could you please, check the status of the refund, and resolve the concerned issue...

More over, I did not have the option to initiate the refund after the dispatching time has expired, only system refund initiation option was available...
I don't understand why this type of options are not available for some sellers...

Anyways please check the status of refund and rectify the issue...
