Bought an item on 3rd August 2012. The item was to be shipped before 9th aug 2012 which seller failed to do and ebay's system automatically initiated a refund. Later seller requested to ebay for extension in delivery till 16th and again failed. I'm getting the below message now. Called Ebay 5-10 times chatted online //everytime i'm told within 48 hrs I will get a call back..but all false promises
"Your refund request has been put on hold by PaisaPay on 16-Aug-12 as the seller has appealed against this refund. PaisaPay is currently verifying the proof provided by the seller. Please contact eBay Customer Support for further clarifications, if required."
Kindly help....and resolve my issue....
