Dear Ebay Team,
It is very disappointing to see the kind of Customer Support Services you guys have.
I had purchased a Product on May 4, 2016, initially I kept on following up for the delivery of the product. After numerous follow-ups I received the product on 27th May 2016 but surprising the product which I received was completely different than what I had ordered for.
All my efforts to reach your team and sellers has gone in vein.
I have sent mails to respective seller & also to your team but haven't heard from anyone.
I need to understand whether this is how EBay team treats their Customer. No calls are received on Customer Care, when tried to use Chat option even that is not working & more than 72 hours still response is awaitied on the mail which I have shared.
Would really appreicate if someone can get my issue sorted out.
