Have a query regarding the diwali gift. I had opted for the below after shopping for around 32313/- till Oct 22nd during the diwali.
1TB TRANSCEND STOREJET 25H3 USB 3.0 ULTRA-PORTABLE 2.5"
I haven't received any update on the delivery of the above. Its been more than 20 days PAST the SLA and still no update!
Have called more than 10 times and mailed more than 6 times but in vain. Recently raised a complaint after uch difficulty with customer care and she said that this is escalated and I will get an update shortly. This too happened some time back and no update.
Am really disappointed this time. Please let us know the escalation point of contact so that this can be actionable. Am a senior customer and am awaiting a response please...
