Dear ebay,
I had purchased a Sciphone 3G i9+++ from 'mobilesstores' in Aug 2009 (item no 260455852342) wherein it was mentioned that these phones have valid IMEI nos. It did show a no. when I dialled #06*# and it did work as a phone before 1st Dec 09. Now, since 1st Dec 09, the phone has stopped working because of its invalid IMEI.
I wrote to them on 4/12/09 through ebay but did not get any reply.
I noticed that the same shop is NOW selling invalid IMEI no Sciphones for Rs 1000/-.
How do you propose to resolve my problem? I feel such traders should be blacklisted for cheating.
