Why don't you introduce a quick-link in the My Account or the sidebar reminding e-bayers of the discounts, vouchers, reward points et al, applicable to them with each purchase.
It could be a link of the flashing kind - much like the one used for GEB on the site header.
Most of us don't remember which ones are applicable to which products, and often whether indeed there is a discount available for a particular period. It would make e-bayer buyers feel more "cared for;" right now, the odds seem heavily stacked in favour of the seller.
I think it would make e-bay India more popular since most of us do try and squeeze a discount out of merchants when shopping brick-and-mortar.
