Inordinate delay in delivery by couriers in Goa

I regularly shop online. In the case of ebay, couriers very rarely deliver the goods before the last possible day, sometimes even later, though the tracking details show that the item is already in Goa.  This despite the seller shipping immediately.  In contrast, couriers deliver Flipkart, Snapdeal etc consignments immediately.

This issue needs to be resolved, else customers like me who have been with eBay for more than 10 years will be forced to shift.

From EBay and Nisan auto parts I ordered  an ignition lock cylinder I was surprised I got a plastic  part  that I have BUT WHAT I TRIEDRO BUY WAS AN IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER .I thinkthe information Nissan parts gives is MISLEADING ,instead of a picture or photoof the item they give you a diagran that looks  MORE COMPLEX   than the part I HAVE RECEIVED .In certain moment I asked from the seller if  I was going to get KEYS  for the iren and I did not   get any ANSWER.SoI thinkI have been cheated .
