Indepedence gift not able to redeem

Hi Team,
I made a purchase of 7000 on 19th of august and have the promo code with me... now whe I try to redeem the gift it is saying no gift available.

As per the promo I am eligible for the gifts ( as it is more than 5000 )

And the customer support really of no use.

i bought a mobile phone from ebay worth rupees 35400 + 230 rs shipping with PaisaPay ID 31802296158 dated on 7/8/2012 and applied coupon code FREEHUM001 as per INDEPENDENCE DAY offer. When i saw redeem your INDEPENDENCE DAY gift banner on main page, i tried to claim my gift, it asked me to select the gift, i selected that canon camera and got redirected to next page, where it asked me to change my shipping address, i thought to update it, i updated it successfully then i saw another option to change my user id, i thought of updating this as well, and i updated my user id too from shiny_939 to sa7ish.

after all this it asked me to sign in again, i signed in with my new user id, now when my trying to claim my gift it is saying

ooops! sorry you are not eligible for this promotion.

please help me out on this, and help me to claim my gift, i shall be highly thankful to you.

ebay customer support is pathetic, phone says this service number does not exists, email support doesn't respond already mailed them 6-7 days ago, chat supports says we are unable to serve you at this moment please come back later.
