Inclusion of KHARAGPUR in your list of designated towns

Dear Sirs,
I used to sell many items through eBay India but I cannot do that for last 3/4 months since KHARAGPUR is not in your list of designated towns. ICICI Bank has opened a branch here now and you could include KHARAGPUR in your list so that I could start selling my items after opening PAISAPAY account. Thanks.
