Hi,

I Ordered an ORPAT EMERGENCY LANTERN OEL-7077 DX-- 2 FEET LIGHT through Ebay and i received with Damaged condition and i enquired the seller,asked me to send the image of the Light.I send the image to the seller and after that no more reply.

Also i complaint this to Customer Support,So far no more action. what i further need to do,I lost my money.

Please help me to solve this.

I shipped solar chargers to two buyers at different times. The solar chargers were removed from the parcel by Postal Department staff and only empty cover was tendered to buyer. One buyer refused to receive. Another buyer received the parcel and filed complaint with postal dept. I had videograph of contents and packing and with that I complained to Postal authorities. They appear to listen but no response at all. In both the cases I as seller lost money because I had to send afresh again. The postal department has also become very bad in service.
