ISSUED AN ALREADY USED REIMBURSEMENT COUPON

Hi,
i was issued an reimbursement coupon for my claim id 104412.when i tried to use that coupon it read"the coupon has already been used.please try another voucher or continue with your payment".I informed ebay customer care immediately about it.Its 10 days now and i am following ebay customer care through calls,emails and online chats and they tell the same thing wait for 24/48 hours and i will receive the coupon.I am really fed with the ebay approach of ignoring the customer requests.The ebay customer care is the worst in the online shopping portals.The customer care executives and chat agents disconnect my call/chats when i contact them.it is very irritating that they are not listening to my valid complaint against them.Kindly help.

Nobody knows the answer. Many customer complains about this. No one from eBay answers.

Even i got trapped by a seller, selling old mobile which was listed as new on Ebay.Looks like all eBay sellers are frauds selling old products for cheap prices.

Currently a case is opened against seller from whom i need a refund. If god and luck is with me i will get my 22000 bucks back else gone. This would be my last purchase on Ebay and i will immediately GTFO of this website and never again will do the same mistake!
