Dear Ebay Team, I have a simple question regarding ebay. Why should an item be considered as sold if a buyer agrees to buy an item. The sale is completed only after payment has been done. Ebay.in is very keen to take their cut the moment a buyer shows his intent to buy. Why should intent to buy be considered as sold The invoice is raised on all items which have not been paid for. Ebay should wait till item is marked as paid before before the invoice is raised on the seller.
Any suggestions from anyone ?
