Ebays guarantee program is a hoax. I had bought a tablet from ebay.
I had received a broken screen tablet from the seller.
The seller took 7 days to reverse pick up the broken device, then after 10 days I got my 2nd tablet which again had a broken screen.
First time when I received a broken screen I warned the seller that it was due to the bad packing, there was no protection on the screen. Further no "handle with care" or breakable stickers were pasted on it, so I requested the seller atleast 10 times please pack it properly and apply stickers, but the same thing happened again, no stickers were pasted and no screen protection was given, so again a broken screen tablet was received. Since then I have called ebay 4 times even talked to the supervisor employee ID 5032 Ms. Shweta, but I have not received any reverse call from ebay, i have been waiting. Every time I call ebay they say matter will be escalated. I have called and requested for refund/replacement 4 times and written to customer care but nothing happens. I am sure there is a problem in ebays guarantee program.When I contact selelr he says call ebay and ask for refund. i have no further place to as ebay and seller both are not responding.
