I recieved the item in good condition but all the accessories were missing.

I bought this SAMSUNG FOCUS I917 8GB WINDOWS 7 phone , i recieved it on time , no delay , reasonable price for the phone , infact 3000rs cheaper than what my friend bought how lives next to me in the hostel , but i recieved the phone then i came to know why was it 3k rs cheaper , charger was fake , didn't work , it was supposed to be a wall mount usb charger , no headphones and the worst part the phone had a fake battery. i need an explanation for this hineous act ! if they would have mentioned it before i would i have paid that extra 3000rs...i am seriosly disapointed and next time i wont use Ebay...im done for good. please help me !! tell me what to do...

ps:- i bought the excat same phone as my friend , he paid extra 3000rs and got everything rite...
