I haven't received my item its more than 50 days over

Its very serious issue i have purchased the item on 3rd of march ihave sent many mails to cancel my order and make sure to refund the amount but if i am asking to refund the amount then they people stop replying me.

Now i am really confused what action would i take.

bye the way i ll wait for this week to refund the amount else i ll proceed to take ligel action on Ebay.

You have bought an Item from a Seller residing in the USA. Since he has provided you with a parcel tracking number, that means he has shipped to India and so no refund can be given unless you ship back the Item to your Seller.

Which courier has he used to ship? I checked USPS with the tracking no. you provided but it is not working.

I am giving assurance if i received any parcel from Ebay i ll not take.
