I have bought item on 11th oct 2014. its 12th november today and I am still waiting for the item. I have raised a claim on 4th november and done 5 follow up in customer care. but you will get assurance but no action here . here are the details for my cliam

Grivienace Officer - Mr *** told me that you will be contacted in 24 hrs for this cliam. but after 72 hrs , what I am seeing is that my claim has been removed from the site . Mr. *** has provided me one service id which turn out to be fake . service id was ***.
Very disappointed from EBAY . It might be a trusted name outside India . But in India theives are running EBAY.
