I have paid using PaisaPay on 16/11/12 for Bsnl Penta Tablet IS709C(281008383335) . but item has not been shipped due to non servicebility to my area. Refund is initiated but not credited the paid amount in my account, it been more than 10 days what to do ? plz help me

if it is private bank it will takes 3-4 working days time's.
else
nationalized bank it will takes 15 days working times .
