Hi,
I bought kindle from shop-your-world, suddenly kindle was not hanging and the screen is freezed. I logged call with Amazon they confirmed its faulty product and they are asking to give the USA address for shipping the kindle.
I dont find easy way to find the seller details in Ebay to contact him for getting it resolved.
Please forward this to seller and provide his india contaact number so that i can talk to him and ship this kindle to him.
I am having bad experience only on this product.
