I have still not received the item and I requested for the refund on 02/01/2011 but no response yet from anyone. I have sent almost 10 emails to the seller and has not received any response as of yet.
This is the first time I have used Ebay GEB service and I am sorry to say that I am not at all impressed. I have called Ebay customer support 3-4 times but no one is bothering to update me properly. If you are awaiting for a response from seller then I am not sure how long you guys will going to wait.
I want you to sort this out asap and give me a proof of delivery if its delivered. I can assure you that if I don’t get satisfactory response then I will go to consumer court and will put the message on different blogs to not purchase the item from Ebay GEB, I have many friends to refer and I am a good buyer, I have recently purchased one more mobile and I got a delivery. Please can anyone of you be serious in your job and get back to me asap.
