Hrithik_10 seller Meenakshi Rawat is fraud and EBAY needs to take action

I have bought a 32GB Kingston pendrive from the seller Hrithik_10 and the product does not work. I have paid through paisapay Rs 1400/= I request ebay management to track the seller Hrithik_10 and help me recover my money.
The seller is now de-listed and not reponding too any emails nor SMS or phone calls. The Phone nos given in the delivery packet is switched off. The phone no given in user profile is of another person who does not seem to know the seller and is not connected to ebay.
I have been using ebay for quite some time now and this is the 2nd time any seller has duped me. I am upset about the whole process and I feel that ebay could have held the payments before the user was delisted.
I am registering with other web shoppe and will be exiting myself from ebay in case the ebay management does not take action within 30 days.

I request all users to check the validity of the sellers account and the track record before they land up paying their sum for a defective / used /faulty product as it is sold in ebay these days.

but want to ask one thing ..why you gave positive rating to that seller ..
you can put Item not as described dispute and call ebay customer care ..may be they can hold the payment to seller .

But do one thing,,,
File a case under consumer protection council of INDIA..
Against the seller... you would have got the address of the seller.. the consumer protection cell will send a Notice to the Seller and will go ahead with legal proceding,
Now We got his neck !
The seller will be also be fined and amount will be refunded ,,. Hope he gets jaild...

I have purchased two pen drives. One 32 GB and one 64 Gb. Both of them are defective. The seller is not reachable through the phone and no response for the email. Other buyers from the seller is also facing the same issue.

Firstly these are "Fake" drives, Not genuine one.

Geniune 32GB costs nearly 3500 and 64Gb costs 7500/- and we checked by item No. you provided and found that you have purchased for 1700/0 and 2500.

Some time buyer has to be careful situation like this and same time ebay also.

This type of activity affects genuine seller and ebay community too.

why dont buyer use their comman sense . If any seller is offering High value product in through away prices buyers must be carefull . when seller can sell items in open marker for good amountwhy he will sell here for 80-90% discount .In elecronics product there is no "out of fashion" or "old"type of things , he can sell electronics items anywhere so THINK why he is selling for so cheap.

Ebay should has some legal POWER TO send these type of seller into the JAIL who also affects the name of a great website called ebay and its respected and reliable sellers too
