I bought a Blackberrry STL 100-1 on 30-Jul. I collected it myself from you at chennai on 8-Aug. 3 days back when it drained fully, I charged it. When restarting it stops loading the boot screen at 90% to 98% and does not go into homescreen. I met BB authorised service centre Reddington and they said they cannot deal with this model. they asked to send it back to ebay for sevice or get it replaced.
Now how do I send it to service to ebay.
