How to get back my money?

Hello eBay team,
I purchased (HB62)TOSHIKO HC-8700A -- Hair Clipper(4368226072) from gifts2giftshealth on 31st March. But they havent delivered the item. I posted a dispute. No one including eBay responded. Now I want to get my money back. But eBay has disabled the option "I feel I have no other option but to escalate this to a claim."
So please tell me how I can get my money back.

These kind of problems will definitely reduce the sales in eBay.

Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at eBay. If you have not done it already, you will probably like to file for buyer protection.

You can do the same using the following link:

However, If the item was brought on Baazee, then please click on "Go to old Baazee" link on top right hand side of the page. You will be able to go to your My Baazee and then file a dispute against the seller.
