How to change the product that has been wrongly ordered and paid

Hi,

I ordered a mobile pouch and made payment for the same. Now i found out that i have ordered the product in some other colour. The product is yet to be shipped. Could u pls tel me the procedure for cancelling the same and booking the required colour... Expecting replies ASAP.

@divyasekar2005: Contact/call the seller. Only seller can refund the amount if the shipment has not been done.

Order once placed on eBay can not be cancelled. However, you can call the seller to check availability of colour and request him to change the color. As smartphoneforever said, only seller can refund the amount if the shipment has not been done.
