Iam a buyer and have paid to a product to which i am not interested as the description by the seller was someting and actually its some, How can i take back my payment..please help

You are buying from online shopping portal that means you are educated person. Now after making payment you realised that you are not interested in product? Please thing twice before placing order always.

Don't you worry about someone's education. He has clearly mentioned actual item is different from description and he needs his money back. I guess you must be the seller he is complaining about.

I have purchased a Blackberry, but in the advertisement they have told that its UnLocked and they didnt mentioned that its a sprint Phone, "NEW RED RIM Blackberry 8130 Pearl Unlocked"

Sprint Phone is not usable in India, when I tried for refund as Item not as described, they are trying to mislead me because I didnt have any proof to defend my stand,i didnt save that advertisement to proove it

Kindly tel how to get my money back? bcoz am an unsatisfied customer
